About the
Authors
Col. Bill Pullum and Dr. Frank Hanenkrat are two of the most highly
respected teachers of shooting skills in the world. Col. Pullum concluded
a distinguished military career as the Officer-in-Charge of the famous
U. S. Army Marksmanship Unit International Rifle Team. There he coached
what may have been the greatest generation of World and Olympic champions
