When you purchase an item from us, we will send you a personal email letting you know when your item will ship, how it will be shipped, and when you can expect to receive it. We will also follow up after delivery of your item with an email to make sure you received that item, and that you're pleased with your purchase.

If you purchase an item that we have mistakenly marked as in stock, but is out of stock, we will email you right away to let you know, and give you the option of cancelling your order or waiting a reasonable length of time. We do not charge your credit card until your order is processed and scheduled for shipment.

Because prices on many of our items are significantly lower than other retailers, we often get phone calls from people asking if the items are refurbished, used or in some other way less than perfect. That's why we offer you this assurance: every item we sell is new in the box, with the full factory warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished or demo items.

We also get calls from people asking what the final price will be after shipping and other costs. While we plainly state on every page that shipping is either included, or we specify what the shipping cost is, people are naturally suspicious. That's why we also want to assure you that the price you see on a product page is the price you'll pay at the checkout page.
