Ornamental Engraving and an Elegant Finish
The rich electroless nickel finish, as well as giving an elegant look to the receiver, top lever, trigger guard and fore-end clasp, improves the gun’s durability and resistance to corrosion. It is further enhanced by a new ornamental engraving on the receiver and by the beautiful, fine cut checkering on the stock and Schnabel fore-end, giving an excellent and secure grip in all climactic conditions.

The fine fore-end and low profile receiver assist in controlling muzzle jump and improving pointability to allow for a rapid acquisition of the target. Strong Monobloc construction provides true barrel alignment.

The 686 Silver Pigeon S features Beretta’s exclusive universal chamber, which allows the 686 Silver Pigeon S to accommodate all 3” (76mm) Magnum cartridges (excluding 28 gauge) and improves performance when using 2 3⁄4” (70mm) cartridges.

The selective trigger is gold-plated.

The 686 Silver Pigeon S is available in 12, 20 and 28 gauge (the Combo version with interchangeable barrels comes in 20/28 gauge).

The X-Tra Wood model boasts beautifully grained walnut wood finish, bringing a luxurious look to this reasonably priced shotgun.
