Our commitment to customer service begins before you walk in the door, but it doesn't end when you leave. We don't believe that you should have to pay for a background check, so we do it for free. If your gun doesn't come with a trigger lock, we'll give you one at no cost. And if your gun doesn't come with a fired case (as required by NY law), we'll test fire the gun, and take the fired casing to the state police for you, again at no cost. If your gun needs routine maintenance or repair, we can handle that for you as well.
