This HK USP Tactical pistol is chambered in .40 S&W. It utilizes a single action/double action trigger, and has a combination safety and decocking lever on the left side of the frame. It comes with two 13-round magazines, making it not legal for sale in states that prohibit "high capacity" magazines.

An enhanced version of the USP45, the Tactical .40 S&W is designed for users who need the features found on the Mark 23, but in a smaller and more affordable pistol. The USP Tactical .40 S&W pistol approaches the precision found on the Mark 23 by adding an extended threaded barrel with rubber O-ring, adjustable trigger, and adjustable target-type sights to the USP Tactical .40 S&W.
