Remington’s fast-handling, soft recoiling, autoloading centerfire rifle, the Model 7400, now delivers its hallmark accuracy in an all weather package – the Model 7400 Weathermaster. The Model 7400 Weathermaster has a durable, weather resistant black synthetic stock and fore-end and matte nickel plated receiver, barrel and magazine to provide protection from inclement conditions. The 22-inch barrel with iron sights is ideal in any hunting situation. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Long a favorite of deer hunters, the Model 7400 autoloading centerfire rifle is designed for quick follow-up shots and fast target acquisition due to the soft-recoiling, gas system. The Model 7400 gas system maintains uniform bolt velocities to improve reliability and long-term durability.
