"New-in-box" defective and/or damaged items

Gunshopfinder.com will provide replacement merchandise for "new-in-box" defective items. This includes items found to be defective prior to use within 7 days period of receipt. All such returns must first get an authorization number from us; please contact us for the number. Once an item has been used, or shows signs of use, the warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer and not Gunshopfinder.com. Our customer service staff can assist you in dealing with the manufacturer. Non-defective returns

Non-defective returns must be authorized and are subject to an 18% restocking fee. All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. Non-defective returns will either be credited or exchanged at the discretion of Gunshopfinder.com unless the warranty policy, as listed by the manufacturer, specifically outlines a different course of action. If you wish to return a non-defective item, please use the Contact link on our site's pages, and explain your reason for wanting to return the item.
