The Taurus model 856HL2MG 856029ULMG revolver is one of the lightest revolvers on the market. Constructed from magnesium and stainless steel, it weighs in at just 13.2 ounces. The 2" barrelled revolver is chambered for .38 Special, and can handle +P loads. The gray finish and dimpled black rubber grips make it a showpiece as well as a practical carry piece.

Like all Taurus 856 series revolvers, it features a transfer bar for safety, plus it has the Taurus Security System integral lock that allows you to lock the revolver with a key. When locked, the trigger cannot be pulled.
