The Trijicon ACOG TA31 features a red doughnut illuminated reticle with a .223 bullet drop compensator that's effective out to 800 meters. (See diagram). As with all TA31 ACOG sights, it has dual reticle illumination, with fiber optic for daylight and tritium for low light conditions.

The red doughnut reticle acts like a ghost ring sight, giving the user fast pickup of his target.
